Hey guys I just bought a blaster and the dude gave me the original Manuela pappers eft.... I have the certificate of origin but how do I regester it and have the title put in my name I live in philidelphia pa tha ks

not far from me. any tag notary will do it. PA law is that both parties are present tho at time of title transfer than you can register it, cost about $100 total. paperwork means NOTHING onless transferred over by noterry at time of purchace per pa law
