As far as I know they do not make a performance CDI, as for the rev limiter thats your TORS, and if you have already put on a TORS elimination kit or an aftermarket carb then that is already gone.
well on my blaster, i could not find the tors brain. it is not in the same spot as the one in jlsparky's diy. but i unplugged all of the tors wires today so hopefully it will eliminate the rev limiter
