so im looking at replacing a case half due to leakage around the shift shaft. it is not the seal as it has been replaced correctly.
the issue im facing, i believe is a crack caused by the previous owner when his dumbass slung the chain.
what im wanting to know is this, in regards to the left side of the case, are there any sort of special precautions i should be aware of? what all is under that half? transmission im assuming. what types of maintenance should i conduct while im in there?:-/
