carburetor problems

every time i fill my blaster up with gas it starts pouring out the overflow even if i start it up and it won't stop pouring out. i have cleaned it 3 times and made sure the float is working properly every time but it still keeps pouring out the gas. need help fast.

what is the float height measurement, and what does the needle and seat look like?

i have no idea what the float height measurement is i just know it was running fine and one day i was riding and my friend pointed out that i was losing gas FAST so i brought it home and have been trying to fix it since. the needle and seat look fine everything is clean as a whistle so i can't see what the problem is.

check the float height. so you've had the float out and looked at the needle and seat?

yeah i completely disassembled the carb and cleaned everything 3 times made sure the jets weren't clogged with a small wire, sprayed everything with carb cleaner, blew it out with my air compressor, and put it back together. how do i check the measurement?

how do i search for it and what do i type in?

at the top of the page there's a pull down menu that says "search" on it. and search for something like "float height"

20.50 - 21mm er sumthing like that

it could be the o ring that is on the float needle housing (brass piece that has a screw holding it down) a rebuild kit should come with it.

yeah i have been looking at rebuild kits for it and after it's rebuilt i may take it from pure stock to stage 2 jets and a k&n high flow filter.
