So I have a 2004 Blaster with a full FMF exhuast and K&N filter. Wanting to get a little more power out of it and wondering what size carb would do the trick, it curruntly has the stock one on

A bigger carb won't do much at this point. You would be better off to get porting done.

i agree. but IMO suspension mods should come first. it makes the ride much more enjoyable. just something to think about

Good aggressive port job going to start around 150.00 and I will also suggest getting headwork done at the same time wich will be around 40.00 extra but well worth doing it.
