What effect if any would it have if the small washer under the main jet was missing?

I definitely have a problem
and I'm almost positive its in the fuel area
and I don't want to break the oil line on my good machine just to check
That missing washer is all I can find
ill pick one up tomorrow and try again

Well stole the washer off the good Carb and it didn't help
put fuel in the air intake it will run till that's gone
doesn't seem to pull from fuel bowl

No this is one I just picked up
I've cleaned the Carb big time
118psi on comp check
Doesn't smoke any worse than my good one cold
But I'm thinking crank seals now

Pulled cover off oil pump
the Guy I got it. From said he did the oil pump delete
He removed the pump but left the shaft in the case
That has to be a leak????????

How do you remove the pump but leave the shaft? You need to take pictures of what's going on under that cover. If you want to be rid of the oil injection system, you either need to remove the gear from the shaft or buy an injection delete kit.

First thing, the oil pump isn't only mounted to the clutch cover which is holding in the transmission fluid. Even if the shaft is leaking, it's not allowing an "air leak" into the motor, only allowing sloshing transmission fluid to seep out.

Yep got that now
not sure what he did but I will know more when I get the new seals and gaskets and tare it down
