I ordered the motion pro tors removal kit. I only got the cable and cap and adjustment. Could i buy the drill bit and idle screw off someone? please some one have these?

dude, your local ace hardware will have the drill and tap needed to do this, and i use a suzuki idle screw, it has a large thumb knob on it, and came with a spring to hold tension
get an idle screw at your local shop, then take to ace to match up drill and tap
