If you are done modding your engine then I would think that your stock carb is fine. I just got a 28mm Mikuni that has been taper bored to 29mm and it should work pretty good on my stock opened up engine and should be perfect for a lightly modded engine. You may want to go with a 28mm-30mm (preferably a PWK) if you are going to mildly build your engine. By mildly I would say stock bore and stroke and up to an aggressive trail or possibly a dune port. If you are planning less then go smaller (stock carb possibly taper bored), if more then bigger 33mm-35mm. But I would not get a bigger carb just to have one. Remember the goal is to use parts that compliment eachother when you are building anything. A big carb is of no use if the engine is choked up on either side of the carb.
