is there anyway of getting the bolt out?? im guessing takin a small screw driver and pounding on the bolt and trying to make into a screw of somesort and turning it out?? would that work?
 
you must have cranked the hell out of it to break the bolt off
they dont need to be so tight
 
alright dude, first off you need to be more carefull when putting things together, i mean putting 2 bolts in your reed cage instead of 4 :o :o :o lol. what you need to do is stop half assing things and pull the motor so you can get at the problem properly. then borrow a "easy out " from someone and follow the instructions, should come right out. if not drill it and retap it or install a helicoil or timecert (sp?)
 
If ya have enough bolt left grab a pair vice grips and turn it out, If it's broken flush or won't budge-follow above post!
 
i think he may be talking about the reed pedal bolts

but it does sound like an air leak

need to retorque the head and cylinder bolts after each heat cycle

did you do heat cycles and break it in right?
