Carb Question

I Have a 28mm Keihin carb. At the top of the carb there is a nipple near the choke that leaks air. When the bike is idling air comes out of it. Is it supossed to leak air or should I plug it up.

Here is a pic of one. It is the one near the choke. I'm geusing it needs to be plug because it is in this pic. Mine is open and thats how I got it.

yes plug it...u can get pack of lil rubber caps at the auto store

actually if u were gonna spray it you would be better off with the fogger nozzle spraying directly into the cylinder. sorry...had to
