heres the problem. my overflow keeps spittin out gas not just on the main overflow line but NOW ALL 3 lines. what gives? i had to turn the valve off. it all started when i was riding til it just died. after a few kicks i found the problem. spark plug wire came off the plug. thats when it started leaking. so when i got it started again its been leaking ever since, maybe its this fuel filter i intalled? but i removed it and it still leaks. i gave the carb a real good cleaning days b4 this happened. i guess i have to do it again??:-/ my poo blasty!! shes on her period!! sumbody HELP!

prolly sumthin stuck in the float needle, pull the floats and clean that passage too, then adjust the floats to 20 - 21.5 mm from where the gasket would sit
also check the condition of the rubber tip, replace if worn/torn

Its gonna be something to do with your needle valve. Your floats are sticking or your needle jet under the float isn't sealing correctly. Also floats could have a crack or hole.

yea im not good with measurements so idk about adjusting them to 20mm or what not.. as for the float having a hole, i really doubt that bc i did a though rough cleaning just 2 days b4 this happened and i didnt even have a problem b4 cleaning it. just thought i do it to maintain it. everything inside looked decent. i thought maybe i flooded the carb when i kept tryin to kick start it for like 20 mins. but im gonna take off the carb now since its easy to do. this just started when the plug wire came off while riding. FML

Check you floats and make sure your needle valve isn't stinking. Blow it out might be something stuck in there.

My floats stick regularly regarless of how clean my carb is or how new my needle is.

Luckily it's an easy fix when they stick: I just tap on the carb bowl a couple of times with a screwdriver handle to knock the floats loose and I'm good to go.

Good luck!

i may have found the problem. just like HEYKETZ said. there was a lil weird looking thing inside the needle looked like it was a paint chip! i didnt put it back in yet since i have the dynojet kit coming in the mail tmrw. i wonder how thatll work on my motor. some opinions would be nice i know its kinda off topic.. FMF full fatty, Vforce2, k&n air filter, no lid,

Mine looks looks like it's leaking very slow like coming from where carb hooks to airbox but it's just enough to keep the bottom part of my motor damp like weird I just rebuilt carb don't get it

Be warned, jet kits are a poor idea they seldom contain the correct size jets.

The needles are sus as well, buy only genuine jets.

Something is not adjusted right, no carb should leak fuel.
