carb help!!

ok i know this is in the wrong thread sorry but im a noob haha. but anyway this is a khenin 28mm carb for my blaster the little thing i have circled is what i need help with should it be seald or should it have a hose to breathe please help I:I

that looks to be for the oil injection line, must be a replacement for the stock carb allowing to leave the oil injection

that will get blocked off with a rubber cap if you plan on mixing you oil/fuel
or the existing oil injection line if you still want to run it

Yip, that would be the oil injection, I serviced a a carb like that the other day!
