i put on my 34mmpj keihin carb and everytime i turn the gas on it just flows out of the overflow everything is clean and i adjusted my float im so lost can some one help me out like what should i do?

im gunna bet that the brass fitting that the float needle goes into is leaking. this can be caused by the bad rubber o-ring that helps hold the fitting in the carb. Another thing is that the floats could be filling with fuel. So pull the float off and place it in gas and wait an half hour and see if they fill with fuel due to a puncture. If its not the float id get a rebuild kit for the carb unless its bran new.

well my needle and everything moves up and down freely and my floats dont fill up with fuel im totally lost i told my dad and he goes the floats r stuck and i was like no there not though cuz i cleaned everything and it just poors out even if i dont put the throttle needle in and stuff

thats what in saying. where the float needle goes into that brass housing. That housing comes out and theirs a rubber seal that is in it that is most likley the cause of your leaking problem.

alright i think i know what u mean the housing where the fuelvalve goes into>? when i push it up gas still comes out i just dont no how to remove the brass housing to change the seal or nething

in this image you should see parts 4 and 5. 5 consists of the needle the brass houseing and the cover that #4 screw holds. you should be able to see the diff between each peice as i described. u need to remover the houseing that the needle goes into. u take that out by takeing #4screw out and takeing the metal peice that sits their off, then grab the brass that i sticking out of the carb with pliers carefully not to scar it and pluck it out of the carb. (might take a little work to pull out).

is this better??? Sorry for the confusion. From what i can see their isnt an insert. Im gunna say that u need to make sure the needle doesnt stick. And check your float level by takeing the bowl off and tip the carb upside down and the floats should float level with the carb. if not tweek it more to try and close the needle tighter.

sure its possible if the needle isnt seating. id try to adjust it more and try to get that needle to make solid contact when the floats are level when u got the carb flipped upside down,
