carb boring

who does carb boring? i wanty to get my stock carb bored to like 28 or 30mm? what excactly does this do anyways?

If I remember you can only bore a 26mm out to 28mm.

Why bother you can possibly pick up a 28mm cheaper than the price of the boring.

Larger carbs allow a greater amount of air to flow.

If you go too big on a motor that only requires a 26 or 28 it will slow down the air passing over the venturi and can make jetting difficult.

Jerry Hall at HPR in arizona can bore carbs. He bored the carb on my zilla and it runs great.
