cant ride for a while

well my arm and leg has been hurting everytime i pick something up and its been like this for 2 weeks.so finnaly i went to the hospital and i guess i have a pulled muscle in my arm and leg.sh*tty part is i dont even know how it happen.and i bowl on a league just for fun with a couple friends and after i bowl the first ball my arm starts hurting like a biotch.so guess i wont be riding or anything for a lil while

The muscles should heel up in a week or so, taking it easy tho....growing pains also suck too, almost to the point where you cant do anything and laying down just to avoid the pain, lol
