The smaller tires will help with quicker acceleration. I run 20 inch tires and 13/40 gearing and takes off great.

Well for whatever reason, it worked. I pulled the carb out, cleaned everything good, checked float level, needle was one step down?(have no clue why) then just put the screw at 1.5 turns and adjusted.
It adjusted to about 1 3/4 highest idle speed. I can still feel that hesitation when I first start but It is ALOT better

Not needed now. It's running like a scalded cat. I ran a full tank of sea foam through it yesterday and everything cleared up. Along with moving my needle level back to middle slot it's running great. Thanks for all the help you guys!!!!
