I have a 2004 blaster and could not get it to start a while back. I ended up eliminating the TORS, cleaned the carb, and replaced the floats. Now I can get it to run, but it will not usually rev and if it does it cuts out and the engine dies. I was wondering if the needle position had anything to do with that. I tried moving it, but saw no change to speak of. Anyone have any clue as to what might be going on? I also took the reeds out and cleaned them. Besides a little dirt they look great.
