CannonDale 440 quad

They are really niceley built in my oppinion. Look around im sure there are tons of aftermarket parts for them.

And im pretty sure they hang with 450's,dont trust that though.

The parts are getting rare and the cranks are known to go out of them. If you like the car that your are trading, my suggestion is to keep the car. Look for another quad.

I know everything about these. My dad had five of the C-Dale dirtbikes. They cheapened up the motors in 03, 02's were the best. Best suspension you can get, look at the welds on the frame and you will know the quality right there. They were so far ahead of their time, Yamaha's 450's weren't fuel injected and aluminum framed til 09. The only problem with the bikes is that the batteries weren't big enough and the stators weren't powerful enough. The quad were fine though. All the parts are being sold through ATK because they bought out Cannondale. These bikes were made right here in the good old USA (Bedford, PA to be specific). The Moto440 was an amazing quad for the MX track but it did cost $12K, the Cannibal was the best seller though and was still excellent. If you have any more questions let me know!

Give us more details about the model, year and if you could post pics that would be good too.

Nothing really in particular to look for. Just really make sure it runs good and check for wear like you would with anything else. Like I said before the better thing about the 02's are the good motors.
