Wished I wasn't on my phone right now so i could
Actually see the pics.
Did you hold the throttle wide open and kick till the needle stopped moving during the compression test ?
If so and only 100psi was acheived, I'd go for a complete topend rebuild versus trying to hone/new rings and risking a shattered piston and more costs down the road. Then you'd know with proper breakin and a good maintenance schedule you'll be good for several years of orgasmic blaster pleasure !
Top end rebuild can be had for under $200, just be sure you trust the shop doing the work, or call the number in my Sig pic !

Looks like there is some wear on the piston...can't see the condition of the bore very well. Run your fingernail along what looks to be some grooves in the cylinder, and if you can feel them you should take your cylinder to a local machine shop and have it measured. When you find out the size, order the next size up piston and have the machine shop bore it to the piston. Remember, stock bore is 66.00mm and max safe bore is 68.00mm.

if ya look closely you will see that crank is missing the whole thrust washer on one side. that thing is toast. that would be the culprit for the rest of the damage too!!!!
