Im not liking the way the origanal blaster looks with the light so i figure i take it off put on another hood from a 2004 can you do that???

yes it is possible, but you will have to fab up a forward mount, and a light bracket. If its the lights your not happy about, you can get the WALL-E lights, look much better than the stock light for both years.
ya u can but if u dont use the light 03 newer light just put mush or sheet metal in the hole and u dont even nee dto fab a bracket
