im having trouble, i can see little black shavings of the clutch plates, i dont think i have it assembled right. and also idk about the round spring. help is appreciated
It should alternate between fiber and friction plates (carb and steel). It should start and end with fiber plates with it alternating between steel and fiber.

yeah but what about the round spring? because its coming in direct contact with the fiber and kinda tearing it up.
i have it like this... (in order of putting them into the basket)

The springs go on the plate on the end. They should not be inbetween the plates. I dont undestand how you got them in there. Can you take pictures?
