I rode one of those yesterday at a can am demo was a fn awesome quad for screwing around it has 70 horse fully auto power steering. I wanted one as soon as the ride was over was just fun. when I first hit the throttle open i was barely holding on and I almost fell off the back LOL. It is fast and powerfull has good suspension.
That is cheap if it is true I would buy it but it probally a scam.
