Wonder if those plastics are painted? if not they may be new. They look nice. Ask him if the clutch slips. Can you do a compression test? Leak down test?

Great looking bike good find. I can swap clutch plates easily in less than 10 minutes. I hear Tusk Offroad makes good clutch kits and they are really cheap.
