burned crank

The crank has heat checks around the area that the connecting rod connects. Should I get a new crank? What do you have to do to accomodate for a +3 crank as well?I:I

yeah you should replace the crank which means you need to split the cases and from what people say a +3 fits right in no mods needed

yes..no case milling needed for a +3mm crank..but anything bigger you'll have to have them milled...and you can get the hole 3mm stroker crank assembly on ebay cheaper than most OEM cranks!! but i recommend changing the seals when you do it also! and the strokers are an awesome improvment!!!
