Broken Swingarm

I was riding sunday and something didnt feel right, it felt like the brakes were sticking or something was slowing me down fast when i let off the gas.
looked over the bike couldnt see anything wrong, kept riding 2-3 more hours.
we were taking a break and i went to sit on the bike and heard a loud squeak. got under there and noticed this...

2 of the welds are busted out of the metal.

wow that is the same exact spot mine broke, i have warned members about thses swingarms, if you weld it back up it will break again, u have to reinforce it

yes, but im not gonna bad mouth the guy. he says hes gonna replace it free.

thats cool, he told me if it was from misuse like jumping ect, he could not replace it, then wanted me to ship it to him hahaha so he could inspect it.
but i also heard somewhere that he offers a heavy duty swinger too

in his ebay auctions he calls these "virtually indestructable".
i never get more than 2 feet of air off any jump. i mostly trail ride in flat ass florida.
his heavy duty swinger is probably just a redone broken regular one.
