i replace the reeds on my blaster with the boyeson reeds and the reed broke once again on the same pedal as last time what would cause this?

yea i am i used loctite and everything its just wierd itll run for a lil bit then bog down and run like crap then break and not run at all
???? Not sure, but I got a set of boyesen reeds for my wife and the reed came cracked, still in the packaging!! Luckily I returned it before I opened up. Maybe they were cracked before you installed them?
It was the same reed?? Strange. The reeds that I got that had a crack, it was kinda hard to see the crack, and it didn't go out to the edges, but it would have if I ran them. It was a little curved crack in the center of the top reed (they were the dual stage power reeds).
Have you checked out the top end to see how the piston is?? Maybe something kicking around in the crank is making contact with the reed?? Which reed is it?? top or bottom, left or right?

yea true cuz ive been using the boyeson dual stage reeds...... and its the bottom left one that keeps breaking
