Hey Guys im new to the Forums and getting everything situated but i have a quick question, I just rebuild my top-end and did a bigbore kit on my 97 yamaha Blaster and i wanted to know the best way to break in my engine before i blow it up. :)

Thanks bro i just found his post , yea i have checked the leakdown test , and have done 3 heat cycles so i will torque the head down again and make sure everything is good and do another 3 heat cycles just in case and a full take of gas nice and easy.

No need to Granny ride it, just do not go above 3/4 throttle ( to keep it on the needle) for a couple of tanks of gas.

Then when you eventually do give it the herbs, plug chop to see if you have the correct main jet.

You need to re torque the jug as well.
