Brass bushing

I rebuilt my engine after the piston blew. I've got it all back together and have a brass bushing that is about an 1" in diameter and a 1/2" wide. I know it has to go in the engine somewhere. Can't find in the manual were it goes. Anyone know what I'm talking about and were it goes? Thanks

if it goes under the clutch cover somewher it goes on the crank between the crank and seal

Thanks thats were it goes. Thanks god I didn't have to split the crankcase to put it in

Those bushings are not made of brass.
