Take your (clean)1 quart pump type oil can and fill with fresh brake fluid. (Always use fresh fluid. Miss-Stored or older fluid can absorb water.) Put another length of clear plastic tubing on the end of the oil can nozzle and clamp air tight.

Pump until most of the air is out of the tube (This is why it's clear) For us south westerners clear swamp cooler line works great for this. Run the line from your pump or oil can direct to the bleeder fitting. It is critical that there are no air leaks between the pump and bleeder fitting. Pump until no air is visible in the line coming out of the top of the master cylinder. You want the old fluid to drain into the catch container, this will also flush your system of any contaminants at the same time. Dispose of the old fluid responsibly. Honda can't even bleed'em this good! You will be amazed at the responsiveness of your brakes and clutch.

Again, Keep the brake fluid OFF your paint. Brake fluid tends to make great paint remover.

i didnt trust that oil can pump so i bought the brake/vacuum pumper from harbor freight. worked like a charm i tell ya! everything is great and works even better with the R6 MC on there. thanks for the help fellasI:I

We used oil can cause it's all we had at track after learning it from another rider, We almost did not race because of it and even brought the ktm to dealer bought all new brake parts and still didn't work. They could not work it on for over a week. The other rider said that Dealer brings it in their shop and does it for $50. That Dealer lost our support after that and they new we had a race that day but against one of their riders. Oh by the way we won against their team rider!

They do the trick, to helps with upper air lock areas. We will always use this method because we seen best results.

btw, i was in walmart today and saw a gas pumper. i was looking at and looking at thinking to myself.. hey this $7 sh*t here wouldve did the job! comes with 2 long clear lines and a pump. could be used to either INJECT or DEJECT fluid all u gotta do is reverse the pump. now THIS wouldve been the EASIEST and CHEAPEST method. although i didnt try it myself but looking at it and thinking about it im sure it will. whoever has a bleeding problem should try that gas pump 1st. it'll be in the automotive section. i think fluids aisle.
