i just got my cyclinder back ,last boor,installed the new prolight piston,pin and bearing.THOUGHT the spring clip WAS in right ,BUT NO ,it tried to start ,sounded funny than locked up ,pulled it a part ,yea,that dam spring clip WAS not in all the way,screwed the new piston,and maybe the cyclinder,its not even my blaster ,its my 10 year old little girls.Just wonering if anybody has done something like this.all i can do now is to LOL,or cry

that blows. so you mean you didnt put the c clips in for the wrist pin bearing and what it slide out and caught a port or something?

no ,i did install it ,it just was not all the way in to were it should of been

Hate to hear that. Just did a topend rebuild on mine and this is always my fear when i first start it.

lol maybe im a little more confident then i should be when rebuilding? im always prayin "please i hope the jetting was right taking the carb off and jetting is a pain in the ass" lol

looks life you need a hone posib. a bore and maybe even a new piston. SORRY MAN
