Bought Tors Eliminator Kit.

Hi so i took tors system and wiring off my blaster 2002 stock and now bought tors eliminator kit to replace carb cap and throttle kit. i also looked up and noticed i need the idle kit? has anyone got a video of how to use the idle kit as im not sure where to use drill .
