Bottom End Test??

Use a feeler gauge to test the crankshaft side to side movement.

Remove the clutch cover and clutch assembly, roll the input shaft over by hand the shift through each gear to make sure the output shaft is changing gears.

Inspect the bottom of the case (underneath the crank) for any cracks or other damage and look down through the crank opening to see if there is any case damage.

Put the engine together with a top end and leak check it before you run it. If it doesn't pass the leak check, use soapy water to find the leak and fix it!
