Bottom end rebuild, help with seals

Fresh bored cylinder and brand new wiseco top end....is it possible to replace seals without splitting cases????

I dont think you can , make sure you leak test it before fire up , do the heat cycles and no wot for 1-2 tanks of fuel !

Sure can replace seals without splitting the cases, but you wreck them getting them out.

Ill break it properly for sure. This is the stupidest thing ive done while wrenching on my bikes for sure.

How does one do this??? Because I got them out using a flat head and a mallet last time... but that wont work without the cases being split.

One removes all the parts that get in the way of the seals exit.

Screw into the rubber part of the seal a couple of wall board screws 180 deg opposed, making sure no contact is made with crank or case.

Grab the heads of the screws with your favorite grabbing tool, and just pull them out.

I got one out, the one behind the crank is being a pain in the ass
