I had a piston let go and the front skirt got smashed and then disapperead i found one pice in my exhaust and one in my case my rod seems to be in good shape and the crank has no slop or visual problems. I had flushed the crank buy fi;lling it with two stroke oil spinning the crank around and dumping it to flush everything out. I plan on doing this probably 4 more times.

My question is what is the likely hood that it will run fine and i will not have my crank go anytime soon.

maybe you will be fine... maybe you wont... whats the worst that could happen?? you just spent prolly $200 on a new piston, bore, gaskets etc.... I mean is it really like if the crank lets go because those little needle bearings in the crank get chewed up from chunks of aluminum and come unglued.... and then shrapnel cracks the case, chews up the head and the new bore, toasts the new piston... no big deal... its only more money... another top end $200, case $200, crank $150, main bearings and seals $60....

That is a roll of the dice, who can say. I dont really wanna say one way or another. If you dont take it apart you better make fore sure the bearings are completely clean, maybe instead of doing it 4 more times do it 14 more times. I think you know the risk.
