you are getting too much fuel,check the float height, you might be flooding the sh*t out of it, and no it is not suppose to be wet like that.

how old are your needle an seats in the carb.mine does the same i got to get needle and seats.

yeah i rebuilt the 34mm i got when i bought a package from a guy, just to be safe. your plug should be a mocha/ cardboard color.
