So I need to rebuild the head on my blaster, right now it's completely stock right down to the exhaust and tires. I have a friend that suggested I should get an oversized piston. Of course it would add more power which would be great, but I dont want to have to deal with changing anything. I really just want a reliable blaster. So my question is if I went to a .20 bore what modifications am I looking at to make it run nice? Is it really difficult for the mods? I'm not a blaster expert, I'm more of s blaster noob as you can tell. So bigger bore or stock, would I even tell the difference in power?

If you want more displacement go with a Big Bore Kit. Just over-boring it .20 will not give you any more power and just reduces the life span of your cylinder.

Leave over-boring to V8's

Does anyone know if la sleeve has any of them in stock yet?I musta called them 15 times since feb.

You only bore if you HAVE to. If your cylinder is scuffed and rehoning it wont fix it, then bore .010 over. Then the next time you rebuild, if you mess up the cylinder, you can go .020 or the next one up.

Boring might give you a LITTLE bit. I think going .040 takes you over 200cc where stock is actually 195cc. That extra cc is good for about 2.5 percent power increase over stock. I doubt it will be felt, but it might. Dunno.
