I have a 99 Blaster and the engine idle's and when i take off it boggs down until it hits the powerband. It has poor throttle response i need some helpful insight?

hmm it kinda sounds like it may be the reeds, they may be warped or cracked ..

have you done a compression test? sounds like you need to! could also be TORS if it has it! hope it helps..but it sounds more like low compression to me!
