blue crank web????

Doing the top end on my rm 125. When i got the cylinder off I noticed a blue discoloration of one of the crank webs. Its just on one web were the crank pin is. It is blue like it got hot. Everything seems fine though whith rod and crank bearings. What is the deal with this? Does this weaken the crank can the crank be rebuilt?

It's blue from the way they assemble them at the factory. Don't worry about it.
