Blasty runnin like crap (new member here)

I have a 96 blaster that won't run right.
I have cleaned the carbs, put in new boyesen reeds.
It doesn't want to run at full throttle. bogs down but will slowly get up to speed and ideas?
Factory everything except exaust, reeds.

I know you said factory everything but have you jetted your carb for those mods ? What exhaust do you have on it exactly ?

your jetting is probly off
check the tors(throttle override system) it tends to screw up and needs to be removed

I don't know if it is different or not. How would I tell the difference?

pull your carb by undoing the 2 clamps in front,and back of the carb. Unscrew you cap,remove your carb flip it upside down,pull the 4 screws out of the bowl and remove it...you can then look and in the center of the carb there will be a coppper hex screw and on that there will be some tiny number written,yours will probably be 230-240

ANy mods that are a must?
