blaster wont start after startingg days earlier

hey guys my blaster always floods. but i let it sit a couple days ago until i guess just enough fuel was in the carb to start, so it started. i put a new float in it because i was told thats what it was. i get the float a couple of days later and put it in. after that i tried to start the blaster and it wouldnt start. it also flooded and gas came out of the overflow. so any suggestions on what it is?

the float needle and the float needle housing. a carb rebuild kit should come with both. also make sure the float level is at the proper adjustment

Adjustment first. Float level should be about 21mm from the gasket surface to top of the float. Make sure you measure when the float level that the float is just touching and not depressing the spring-loaded needle. See page 5-9 of the manual.

shouldnt a brand new one from the factory already be in the right place? and anyone no why its not starting?

no it wouldn't be in the right place you have to adjust it to your carb when installing it

Yeah, factory setting is only going to be approximate. It's not starting because liquid gas doesn't burn, only vaporized fuel burns, plus the liquid is shorting out your spark plug. When it's wet you have no spark.
