Blaster wont run after rebuild?!

dude you haven't even told us if you are getting gas or spark yet? you got to give us something to tell you something, right now it could be anything. give us something then we can probably help.

ok. how can i check for fuel flow, and how can i check for spark? i wont be able to mess with it til friday.

i am pretty sure i put the reeds in correctly, and the gas, i dont know why it wouldnt be flowing, i have the petcock turned to "on", and the fuel line connected.

i changed the jet to the 310 that comes with the toomey.

this plug is actually the one that was in it since the top end blew, so it could be bad, although my guy said it loked to be ok.

to the honing, i had a professional machine shop that specializes in small engines do the honing.

i would trow some starter fluid in there see what it does... if it pops you have spark and timing... then you know you don't have fuel..and if it does nothing then you have a spark issue.

pull your plug out and put it in the plug wire and ground the plug on the jug and kick the bike over with your hand and see if theres any spark...

if it doesnt spark then its a spark issue if it does spark then its a fuel issue simple as that...

ok guys, just checked for spark, and my brother watched the plug, and i do have spark.

i just did the pull the plug, turn off gas and kick it 5 times trick, now im gonna put a brand new plug in, and well see what hasppends!

thats good that you are getting spark, how did the plug look when you pulled it out to check the spark wet or dry?.. he wont beable to tell if the jetting is lean untill he gets it runing and do some wot runs.. maybe a 310 is a little big i no toomey gave it to ya but still seems big maybe 300?. but just try a new plug and give it couple kicks and if still nothing pull the plug and throw some gas down the plug hole and try again..

is it safe to pour gas down the plug hole and howdo i go about doing it?? its still a no go, and my clutch isnt working now, so i cant push start it. The plug was dry, but it had been sitting for a day or so. when i took it out and did the trick to glear the fuel out, no gas came out of the carb, is that right?

just treid again, and no, heres a small vid of what its doing.

yea your not getting fuel, your float is prolly not working, i am not sure about the best way about getting gas in the spark plug hole. maybe if you have some tyle of hose and feed some gas threw it. dont try starting fluid.. if i was you i would pull the carb apart and make sure the float is working.
