blaster wont kick start hanging black wire PLEASE HELP

My blaster was running great washed put away and won't start noticed hanging black wire near carb & tors area that wasn't there before I don't know what it is or where it goes.check.out the picture ill try and get posted new to.site but any input would be.great maybe you can help thanks so much

has to be a ground wire that connects with a ring style sta-con under one of the coil mounting bolts, thats the ground needed to complete the ignition circut to create spark, it will not start without that being connected good and clean to a bare metal spot on the frame

sounds like awk has hit it, but a pic wil help, may have broken off the tors plug, there is a black with a yellow stripe in there somewhere
