My blaster has the TORS system but I don't have the stock carb on there, It's all stock except the carb and air filter. Plug is black, rev's like hell runs all day but it won't idle. Could this be the TORS affecting it? It isn't connected to the carb at all, and it is disconnected from where it plugs into the stock carb body.

Still should unplug the "brain" up under the hood before it gives you problems. Did this problem just start, or was it as soon as you put the other carb on? Do you know what the carb came off of? Brand and size? Jets and air screw/needle setting? Is the slide going all the way down when you let off throttle? Have you looked in throttle housing to be sure it's returning all the way? Is the carb clean? Have you set the float level?

Also, what do YOU mean by "Revs like hell" ???

BTW,Welcome to The DIRT PILE !!!

The carb that came off of it was the stock carb. Mikuni. The new one is a performance carb that came off the other one which is a mud drag/sand dragster. This carb allowed the other to idle just fine. It is not however letting this one idle. The stock carb is garbage now

The stock carb is garbage now

the drag carb is garbage now too, as it is not on the modified engine it was tuned for, and probably way too large for a stockish/trail blaster.
sale it on ebay and get another stock carb before you fry that engine.
too large of a carb for the mods will usually run lean, not rich, from the lack of airflow needed to pull fuel from it.

actually it is the TORS system.
and that carb is making it run rich. Not lean.

i went in, unplugged the TORS under the hood and it wouldn't fire.

Plugged it back and bam it fires right up.
