Blaster Won't Get Out Of Idle

Awesome! Thanks alot, really the only reason I'm removing the TORS is because clearly the engine idle adjustment isn't working at all and it's associated with the TORS. Everything seems relatively straight forward to me except getting the throttle cable adjusted and installed correctly, I'll admit I'm a little nervous about that. Also any tips for tapping the carb for the idle screw?

Drill slowly, and make sure its straight.
Have a cloth/rag through the carby the whole time
Tapping:
Go in a little, back it out.
Go halfway, take it all the way out
Go slow.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Well the only downside now Is the TORS eliminator kits are all international so I'll have to wait a few weeks for them to come but oh well.

May I add that the boss must be filed flat before you drill.

A little lubricant on the tap will stop it cutting a ragged thread.
