blaster weird noise

my blaster has this weird knocking sound and i can not for the life of me figure out what it is! it almost sounds like somethings rattling but from the engine itself. the quad is totally stock, has compression, and runs fine, but i dont want something to blow on me out in the trail. i first noticed it after the throttle stuck on me one day out on the track and i took it apart to fix the stuck cable. when i test started it it had the noise :-/ help please?

Rod slap.Time for new bearings.

You will have to pull the jug and check your rod and crank.

thanks, im gonna pull the motor apart anyway to check things out before the season start, i replace my rings every season and throw it a full top end when it needs it. i was thinking it was piston slap but il replace my bearing first and try it before i bore it out because that costs ALOT less. thanks again

It over reved it and hurt the rod and or crank.
