Blaster water cooling??

i visit that page a few times a year, thats a helluva price for the complete kit too
but it has been proven that with proper jetting, it is unneeded,
but would still be a cool mod < no pun intended

oh alright thank you! And do you know of any mods that could make my blaster have a little more mid to top its got k and n filter, 290 main, no lid, fmf silencer, and bored .40

If you do a search this is some what of a mystery since no ones actually bought it and tried it.It comes up all the time and i suggested the forum chip in on a kit and send it to someone like ken oconnor to test and put through the paces then give us a review.

IMO i think it would be beneficial to some point but no where near as effective as liquid cooling the head and jug but i could see it helping to some extent.Whether or not its worth the price i cant say but if i seen a reputable member/builder review one and give the go on it id buy one.

Maybe you should guinea pig one bro???

you just have a fmf silencer on a stock pipe ????
you need a head pipe, my prference is a right bend, f7,ct,trinity,lrd < all top end based pipes
when ya get used to that power, time for some porting !!!!! < best bang for the buck

Back to the liquid cooling kit, I wouldn't trust that site. In a few moments on it, I counted a handful of grammatical and punctuational errors. Seems kinda sketchy to me.

i doubt the most famous inventors in history, were good writers,
or they may have been famous authors instead ???? LOL

i think the only real advantage of water cooling over air (granted correct jetting) is that with aircooling you cal loose up to 18% of your total HP when your temps get high. water cooling keeps it regulated and is more consistant.

Then again, spring a leak or forget to tighten that clamp and your whole motor is overs...i have a article that i think Bronco put up a while back..il look for it and post it.

but like Kgibson said, it cools the head and not the cylinder, this is ok, but thing is you end up with very different heat exchange rates...which is not good for the piston and the bore, with a cool top and a hotter bottom, you will find the bottom will expand more/faster than the top and this will make your bore taper to the top INCREASING the chance of heat siezure alot.

Here it is, notice tho that this kit in this article IS NOT the same kit as that one on that site...this had no pump
