If you look at the dyno graph at CT racing the power is peaky, they just raised the ex port, anyone can do that. I dont think you know how to read a dyno chart freak. Maybe some day. I dont get why some think 60hp is so impossible, its 244cc two cycle engine. Most of the work or power comes from the pipe design.
If your talking about a Honda TRX 450 stock, you will be able to beat it. As long as it not a racers edge 450TRX 65hp kit, which is thousand of dollars.

ummm the set up he wants isnt gonna beat a 450r... If 60hp is so easy (like you seem to think it is) why havent major companies hit that goal on a standard basis? When should i expect to see a vid of ur 60hp blasty?

I have the up most repect for "big company" like K and T performance
If Randy at k & T wanted to build a 60hp blaster, he could. Randy is a very sharp engine builder, he would figure out the set up..
If you were talking about CT racing, Trinity racing, they dont spend time doing R an D work.
The CT sonic is not made by them, its made and designed by Calvin
I will have pics and vids for everyone after Busco in July

ok,but why wouldnt they want to produce products that create more power and boost performance sales for the blaster? IF its possible i dont see why they wouldnt just sell a kit for buyers...i personally dont think 60hp will squeez out of a blaster. IMO

I have a blaster with the same mods as you mention getting, but my work was done by Flotek. I also have an ltr with a pipe, programmer and intake. There is no way a blaster with that set up will touch a piped 450. I honestly don't think it would be close with a stock 450. A drag blaster is a whole nother story though.

edit: Whoops, missed the 240 part. I still don't think that will make all that much difference though. At least against a piped 450. Corked up may be closer.

i've got a similar set-up except different pipe and engine builder. I went into the first turn at the track in 4th place. 3 450's in front of me and 25 behind me and the guy in the lead was only about 3-4 lengths in front of me. Anythings possible, just gotta practice your starts and try to keep your front end down
