BLASTER T.O.R.S.? WTF. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Just finished rebuilding top-end, Now the throttle is grounding out, engine runs fine but when I turn to the left I feel the coil shorting out and when it's idling all you have to do is touch the throttle cable and it grounds out...
NOW how can I dismantle the throttle override system. I really want to break in the top end , I will order a kit if necessary but can somebody help me to ride today... THANKS

its not hard just unplug the wires going to the top f the tors an to the throttle an that should do it
