could i get higher speed gers and a reed spacer to make it have low end touque or would that be point less?????

well theres your first problem, DG pipes. haha jk, ya power gains from reed spacers are debatable, but you wont get bottem end from higher gears, so your trying to compensate with reed spacer? perfect person to see if he feels a difference with a reed spacer! try it and let us all know
wouldnt lowering the gear ratio add more torque? stock is 13/40 right? going one up 14/40 would give you more top end. can 12/40 happen?
My bike came with 12/40 and stock 21" rear tires, up top it failed, but it did really good down low. I agree though, a better pipe will be the best upgrade, along with reeds. Oh and lotsa stickers 
Yes! Its about as good as a stock pipe..... some have even LOST power from running them
That really depends on your set up and what your future plans are, do a search on here you'll find some good info.
