First off I am new here and I've never owned a blaster or a two stroke. I've only owned a Raptor before I bought this. I bought this 2003 Blaster two days ago..It seems to run fine but it smokes quite a bit and I noticed something "spitting" out of my exhaust so I checked it out, quite a bit of oil/gas is puddling up in my exhaust tip...Could the guy before me maybe been off on his mixture? too much oil maybe? any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks.

is the oil injection still on it? if it is, get rid of it, and then drain the tank and carb and put some premix in the tank, 32:1 seems the most popular

I'm not really sure if the injection system is still on it. there is a tube cut with a screw threaded into it? i can take a picture and post it if it would be helpful?

if it aint smokin its broken. lol.... and the headpipe? like where it connects to the engine? thats just a bad headpipe gasket,

It's not the headpipe. it was dripping from the exhaust pipe yesterday. started it up today and it smokes a decent amout but its white smoke. no dripping so far today though. there is an orange tube cut not sure exactly what it is? Also right next to the orange tube a black tube is cut with a screw threaded in it.. Sorry if this isn't real clear.

hmmmm pics would be AWESOME lol. white smoke is no good bro, you've probably got a clutch side crank seal on the way out

Your oil injection is rigged but its blocked off,so you need to premix yourself

As for the white smoke and excessive oil coming out, your right side crank seal is going out. if its been ran with that crank seal worn for a while,it will build up oil in your left side case(Crank) NOT GOOD. could be where the oil in your pipe is coming from

Alright is that hard to fix? don't really have the money to take it somewhere but i'm not very experienced on this stuff either. btw thanks for the help!!

its not too bad to do, have to pull the clutch cover off and then pull gears and stuff off until you get the primary gear off the crank and the seal is right there. there's a downloadable manual on here that should help a lot
